If you are installing VoIP the first time, having a box with preconfigured components is much easier that assembling these devices on your own. Because of this, pbxnsip offers "out of the box"-solutions that will make your life easier.
The intention of the bundles is to get you started. Therefore, you may keep the number of phones low; you can buy additional phones any convenient time later.
If you like, we will preinstall the system for you. If you already know what IP addresses the PBX and the PSTN gateway will have, we will set it up for you, so that you just need to put the devices into the network (the phones will use DHCP to get an IP address).
In order to assemble your bundle, see the store for available components. You must select one item from each of the following groups:
- A server platform. This includes the server hardware and the operating system.
- A PBX license. For example, you can device to take an office 25 license.
- A PSTN gateway. In order to get started, we believe you are better off using a PSTN gateway in the beginning. Once you have the system up and running, you can start extending it and start using SIP trunks.
- Some SIP phones. If you are not sure what phones you like the most, you can pick out "sampler" and order more phones later.
- If you want to include FAX in your installation, you should also include a FXS gateway in your installation.

This is an example for a regular office that uses a T1 trunk to talk to the PSTN. This is a “no risk” example that just expects a regular LAN to work properly.
- Server: IBM x3250 running RedHat Linux
- A PBX Office 25 license
- A Vega 400 gateway with one T1 trunk
- A Polycom phone sampler containing one Polycom 330, one 550 and one 650
- A Mediatrix FXS gateway for connecting two FAX

|
This example uses Windows and snom phones. It uses a smaller PSTN gateway with 8 FXO ports. Because one of the FXO lines is directly connected to the office FAX, there is no need for a FXS gateway.
- Server: IBM x3250 running Windows Server 2003 Web Edition
- A PBX Office 25 license
- An AudioCodes MediaPack MP-118-FXO Analog VoIP Gateway
- A snom phone sampler containing one snom 300, one snom 320 and one snom 370

|
This example uses an internal PSTN gateway card. Because of the size, in this version it is not possible to use the 1U server; a bigger server is necessary.
- Server: IBM x3650 running Windows Server 2003 Web Edition
- A PBX Office 25 license
- A Dialogic® Diva® V-PRI/E1-30 FXO gateway with eight FXO lines
- A snom phone sampler containing one snom 300, one 320 and one 370
