Finance and Money management companies often rely on multi nationally located call centres, in order to offer their clients the ability to speak with an agent fluent in their own language.

pbxnsip IP PBX phone systemhas the ability to offer your clients the option to choose a language that they are comfortable with at the point of reaching the Auto attendant. i.e. press 1 for English, press 2 for Spanish, press 3 for French etc. Following this the call can then be routed to an agent who is registered in pre determined hunt group or agent group that can handle this call professionally and in the correct language, this can be flagged up on the CLI to inform the agent of which language to answer the call using.

Localised DID recognition can be used to also transfer the call to the correct location. This means that when a caller dials a prefix that is recognised by the IP PBX as a number originations in a pre determined country, this can then be transferred to the correct call centre in any geographic location using the trunk feature on the pbxnsip software. This will all happen without the caller ever knowing that their call has been transferred to another country.
