Boston USA and Leeds UK, 18th June 2009 - pbxnsip, a leader in SIP-based IP PBX software for Microsoft Windows, MAC and Linux environments, today announces the launch of their Professional Services department and online support portal, in response to the rapid growth of the pbxnsip channel. Partner feedback concerning the need for comprehensive support platform for ticket tracking, technical and sales knowledge base and online technical advice has inspired the new support infrastructure with the Professional Services portal. It is designed for all users of pbxnsip to be able to login to the platform and utilise the many available features of the portal. pbxnsip have posted such a rapid growth that they have seen the need to deploy a technical helpdesk and professional services department geared up to support both the channel partners and the end user customers.

A new vertical market has opened up for pbxnsip with the need for 3rd party hardware and software integration and technical assistance. pbxnsip have created a fully interactive support platform that houses a mass of information in the form of a knowledge base, troubleshooting suite, ticketing system, online live technical help chat sessions plus documentation for the entire pbxnsip IP PBX product.
