Voice over IP can be a complex topic. So is its support.

As beautiful as it might look to provide support on the phone, as inefficient it is. Therefore, we established two paths for support.

  • The first path is to go for public support (1:n). We run a public forum, where you can search for questions (and answers) that are similar to your question. In many cases, this will help to solve your problem. If you cannot find an answer, you are welcome to post your question there. And of course if you see a question that has not been answered or not been answered correctly, you are welcome to comment. Please also check the online documentation in our Wiki, which contains reference information and also some frequently asked questions (FAQ).
  • The second path is to go for individual support (1:1). The primary benefit here is that we can take a look at your system and fix the problem directly for you. Therefore for this kind of support we need access to your system. Doing this on the telephone is usually very inefficient; you better open a trouble ticket, describe the problem, if you can explain how to reproduce it and then provide access to the system. You can buy support contracts from our online store.

Please keep in mind that before you start a VoIP project, you should attend training and get the necessary know-how. It is a little bit like driving a car—before you are allowed to go on the road alone, you need a driver’s license.
