pbxnsip Professional Services is an online support portal designed to give our channel and customers one location to access the knowledge and know how of pbxnsip. As a communications platform, you can communicate with pbxnsip Sales and Support.

To help our channel and customer base, we have two support teams at the ready in two locations:
- USA - EST - 09:00-17:30 - Monday-Friday - North/South America, Canada, Australasia and Asia
- UK - GMT (Daylight Saving) - 09:00-17:30 - Monday-Friday - EMEA
The support ticketing portal has been implemented to ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in an orderly and timely fashion. The pbxnsip support portal is available 24-7 to handle enquiries for support and troubleshooting on the pbxnsip IP PBX. There is also assistance available for customers needing help with hardware and software outside of the pbxnsip remit. Professional services is there to be utilised as a viable remote help or installation guide for other 3rd party products at a low cost.
Signup:
The customer, reseller, distributor or partner can apply for a login to the support portal be accessing the professional services website at: www.pbxnsipsupport.com from there you have to complete a small form with the required information and pbxnsip professional services will email you a login username and password so that you can enter the support portal.
Ticketing:
pbxnsip will run all support and general enquiries through the professional services support portal so that every question can be tracked, answered, and updated within the SLA period according to its category.
As a customer of pbxnsip of the support portal, users can create a ticket, reply to a ticket, view an old ticket, track an open ticket or you can enter an online chat with one of the pbxnsip professional services agents, meaning that no matter what country you are in, anywhere in the world we can support your questions and help when needed.
Live support chat
You may notice a live support online button located in various places on the pbxnsip website and professional services portal. This is available for anyone looking for quick Q&A sessions with our support team. You can initiate a chat by simply clicking the button and it will direct you to a pop up chat allowing you to discuss your needs with one of our specialist support agents.
pbxnsip Professional Services and support is designed to provide superior support to our channel and customers. The following is a list of our SLA support:
- Free Support (Ticketing): We will respond by return email with a Ticket ID for tracking purposes and hope to respond to all enquiries within 6 hours according to the opening times stated above (excluding public holidays). This is a best-efforts service.
- Paid Support: We will respond by return email with a Ticket ID for tracking purposes and will to respond to all enquiries within 2 hours (according to the opening times stated above (excluding public holidays)). Further information maybe be required to before the ticket is closed.
We run a public forum, where you can search for questions (and answers) that are similar to your question. In many cases, this will help to solve your problem.
