Tip: If your company requires more than one language, announce additional available languages in the auto attendant. In version 2.1, you can even have more than two languages. The PBX will keep this language through the rest of the conversation.

Templates are good if you want to have a working configuration quickly. They are just back-ups of configurations from other systems that you can “restore” into your system. These configurations will overwrite all your current settings, so be careful doing this when you already have set something up. The best way to do this is to make a backup of your configuration before loading a template into your system!
